Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analytics Specialist to own the accuracy, analysis, and reporting of marketing performance data. This role ensures our entire marketing funnel—from top-of-funnel awareness to closed sales—is measured with precision, delivering insights that directly inform strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Track and analyze core marketing KPIs, including but not limited to lead generation, funnel progression, conversion rates, CAC, and CPL.

- Work with our IT team to build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership and marketing teams on Power BI, HubSpot, and more.

- Deliver clear, actionable insights that shape campaigns and overall marketing strategy.

- Audit, troubleshoot, and ensure accurate tracking across all marketing data reporting.

- Partner with campaign managers and sales teams to align data reporting with growth objectives.

- Conduct deep-dive performance analyses to uncover opportunities and risks across the funnel.

Tools & Technologies

- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).

- Marketing automation & CRM (HubSpot preferred).

- Ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and Google Analytics.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; SQL knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, or BI.

- Solid understanding of marketing funnels and attribution models.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.

- Detail-oriented and take pride in organization.

- Experience translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Availability during the US business hours (9AM EST TO 6PM EST)
