  • Enhancement and maintenance of employee relations.

  • Company Performance Management.

  • Compliance and Policy Management.

  • Benefit Management.

  • Training and Development.

  • HR Metrics and Reporting.

  • Perform other duties as necessarily assigned.

  • Ability to think individually as well as collaboratively when approaching personnel issues.

  • Ability to read, interpret, and create documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and written correspondence.

  • Proven ability to assist HR Director with employee relations.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • GED or High School Diploma (required); SHRM-CP, CAP Certification, SHRM-SCP Certification, or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Administration (preferred)

  • Minimum (3) years experience in a Human Resource role. (Required)

  • Minimum (3) experience recruiting talent and staffing teams. (Required)

  • Minimum (3) experience in Compliance, Policy, and Benefits Management. (Required)

  • Minimum (3) collaborating with management for designing development and performance monitoring systems. (Required)

  • Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles. (Required)
